Quality Inn & Suites Brooksville I-75/Dade City

I have stayed at this property one weekend a year (every January for a dog show) and although it is very old and the grounds (grassy areas) are not the best (trash, fire ants, etc), they have definitely done some upgrades (the best that can be done with an old hotel). It is convenient and close to the show site and the staff at check in are very friendly and accommodating. I even got an upgrade on my recent visit which was a pleasant surprise. I don’t spend much time in my room so it was good for my purpose.

Loved everything about this motel! Wonderful management and staff, friendly housekeepers, excellant breakfast lady, nice rooms beautiful front lobby. Thank you for a great stay.

Large parking lot for large truck with RV.clean rooms,great staff,good value ,easy access to I75 , good breakfast. Close to Tampa !

Front desk personal was Fantastic. Room was nice, little small, but manageable.

the front desk attendant was very welcoming upon arrival. I asked her some questions about about a place we were visiting (snowcat ridge). thanks to her advise, I went to the nearest Walmart to get my daughter a winter coat, it was needed, that place was freezing!
