I have stayed at this property one weekend a year (every January for a dog show) and although it is very old and the grounds (grassy areas) are not the best (trash, fire ants, etc), they have definitely done some upgrades (the best that can be done with an old hotel). It is convenient and close to the show site and the staff at check in are very friendly and accommodating. I even got an upgrade on my recent visit which was a pleasant surprise. I don’t spend much time in my room so it was good for my purpose.

The front desk upgraded my room (don’t know why but that was a great surprise!) Her name was Nina and she was great! ALL staff was very professional and welcoming.

Loved everything about this motel! Wonderful management and staff, friendly housekeepers, excellant breakfast lady, nice rooms beautiful front lobby. Thank you for a great stay.

Large parking lot for large truck with RV.clean rooms,great staff,good value ,easy access to I75 , good breakfast. Close to Tampa !

I love the space they have for children no one bothers or gets upset at the children when you know how children are. Will definitely stay again

Mary did quite well in keeping the breakfast area clean and filled and could really see a difference when she had a day off .
